Since relocating to Carmel from the Mid-West in 1993, Kim has continuously given back to the community serving on countless boards and leadership positions including Women’s Council of Realtors, Monterey County Association and California Association of Realtors Board of Directors, the National Association of Realtors, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the Pebble Beach Authors and IDEAS Festival.

Mrs. DiBenedetto has served HG Foundation since 2018, most recently as Vice-Chair, as well as on Governance, Programs and Grants, and the committee for the new Heal Together Grant. She brings extensive board leadership experience to the role and currently holding the position of Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS® to Congressman Jimmy Panetta. She is very dedicated to Hospice Giving Foundation as well as to the broader community.

Kim worked her way up from retail management to REALTOR® in the year 2000 and is a top producing agent for Coldwell Banker Realty with the Tim Allen Properties Team. She enjoys Pilates, running and spending time with her husband Jeff, daughter Julia, son-in-law Allen and their two grandchildren Annabelle and Jack.
