JUNTOS CON ESPERANZA

Juntos con Esperanza is a partnership established by Hospice Giving Foundation in 2019 to promote access to quality care and services through end of life for people in Latinx communities in South Monterey County. The collaboration focuses on understanding desired and needed services, the influence of culture, faith, and family relationships, and how to make care, education, and services culturally relevant and accessible.

Juntos con Esperanza brings together a broad range of community organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association, Central Coast VNA & Hospice, Coastal Kids Home Care, Health Projects Center, Hospice of Santa Cruz County, Montage Health, and Legal Services for Seniors.
