Hospice Giving Foundation’s Annual Tree of Life Celebration held at the Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay on Sunday, December 9, 2018. The event featured wreath decorating; a medley of holiday music by the Carmel Middle School Choir; a book reading, “The Mountain”, by author Phyllis Grillo Weinbrenner; reflection by Rev. Rob Fisher, St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church, Carmel Valley; an inspirational reading and poem, and a ceremonial tree lighting; with our Master of Ceremonies, Ben Beesley.
