Thank you for your interest in participating in our 5th annual community Día de los Muertos event, which will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Hartnell College in Salinas.

To register for an altar/ofrenda, please complete this form by October 1, 2025. Space is limited!

If you wish to register for both a resource table AND an altar, please register separately.

We ask every resource table to provide an arts and crafts activity related to the festivity (sugar skulls, paper flowers, face painting, coloring, etc.) or a giveaway. We have limited space; therefore, resource tables will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please check the below boxes to confirm you understand the timing and terms of participating.

The Resource Fair will be from 6:00-7:00 p.m., located indoors at the Student Center.
Set-up time: 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Clean-up time: 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.
We will provide one table and two chairs.
Please provide a banner with the name of your organization, trifolds, brochures, any printed information in English and Spanish.
Provide an arts and crafts activity related to the festivity (sugar skulls, paper flowers, face painting, coloring, etc.)
Provide a giveaway for the attendees.
No vendors, soliciting, or any type of recruitment allowed.

Altar/Ofrenda in Honor of: *

Please check the below boxes to confirm you understand the timing and terms of participating. *

The altars/ofrendas may not include alcohol, inflammatory items or perishables that will not last for the full display.
Set-up time could be as early as Thursday, October 30, at 8:00 a.m.
The altar/ofrendas needs to be ready no later than Thursday, October 30, at 5:00 p.m.
All altars/ofrendas must be removed from Hartnell by Thursday, October 30, at 9:00 p.m.
The altar/ofrenda should include a banner/signage announcing your organization/business/agency.
The altar/ofrenda should have the following dimensions 8’ length x 6’ width. You may include boxes, tables, or other items to create three levels. We will not provide a table.
Hospice Giving Foundation, Hartnell College, and Hijos del Sol are not responsible for items included in the altar/ofrenda.
